Hi I'm Mark

I provide person-centred, trauma-informed counselling for individuals navigating a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, the effects of trauma, and recovery from addiction (including drug, alcohol, and other dependencies).

I also offer couples counselling to help couples resolve conflict, improve their relational dynamic, and enhance communication and connection.

My approach is grounded in empathy, respect, and a deep commitment to supporting your unique journey toward healing and personal growth.

Sessions are available both online and in person at Macquarie Cottage Counselling Services, located at 7 Homedale Street, Springwood, NSW 2777.

I hold a Bachelor of Arts (Macquarie University), a Bachelor of Theology (Moore College), and a Master of Counselling (Morling College).

I am also a registered member of the Australian Counselling Association (ACA) – Member No. 26610.
